Shipping

We generally ship your order within one to two business days.

We currently only ship to the United States via USPS, but hope to expand our shipping in the future (please use our contact page if you would like us to ship internationally).

Currently we charge a flat rate of $2.99 to ship anywhere in the US for all orders under $20. All orders over $20 ship free.

Once an order has been completed, you should receive an email with the tracking code and approximate time of arrival.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they ship. After they ship, unopened orders may be returned for a full refund on your method of payment, opened orders will be refunded with store credit.

Unused or misprinted name tag sheets may be returned for a refund (unused sheets will receive store credit, damaged items will be replaced. Returns must be initiated within thirty days of delivery. Please use our contact form to request a return and we will contact you with details on making the return (you will be responsible for return shipping).
